Welcome to The Summit Collective: A New Chapter in Healing

After seven incredible years, Trident Fitness and Wellness is officially retired. It wasn’t an easy decision—Trident shaped who I am and built the foundation of this clinic. Rooted in a three-pronged approach to health—mobility, strength, and wellness—it served a powerful purpose. But if you know me, you know I’m always evolving in order to serve you better. My passion for healing and curiosity about the human body led me to study Osteopathy and become both a Reiki Master Healer and Teacher. What I’ve learned through this journey is that health isn’t a destination—it’s an ongoing process. Life will always present challenges beyond our control, but we can navigate them more gracefully when we have a strong foundation and the right tools. As a practitioner, I see myself as one of those tools: someone who can offer insight, support, and guidance—but ultimately, the healing is yours.

So why Summit?

If you have been here awhile you know hiking is a big part of my life.
The name Summit carries a dual meaning, both of which reflect the heart of what I do here.

First, it represents the true summit — the highest point of a climb. On many hikes, there’s something called a “false summit” — a beautiful ledge that feels like the top after a long, hard journey. Many people stop there. It’s high, it’s satisfying, and they’ve already worked hard to get there. But it’s not the summit. The final stretch to the true summit is often the hardest part — it requires more grit, more heart, and a willingness to face discomfort. Not everyone makes that last push.

At The Summit Collective, I work with the people who don’t settle for “good enough.” I am here for those who feel the pull to keep going — even when they’re tired, even when they doubt themselves — because they know there’s something more waiting for them. More clarity. More freedom. More power. More healing.

Second, summit is also a gathering — a meeting of minds and hearts. A place where people come together to share wisdom, elevate one another, and co-create transformation. In Reiki, for example, it’s not just about receiving healing. It’s about openness — the client consciously choosing to meet the work halfway, to allow themselves to be guided, to let their system realign with something greater.

This spirit of meeting and mutual effort is also reflected in the word Collective. While 2020 challenged us in countless ways, it also revealed the strength of our community. I witnessed—and was honored to be part of—a powerful coming together in the Burlington wellness space. The level of support, love, and collaboration I’ve seen from our community leaders is hard to put into words. We lift each other. We heal together. We are a Collective.

In Clinic

Expect a collaborative experience rooted in both science and energy work. Whether through Osteopathy, Reiki, or intuitive healing, our sessions focus on getting to the root of dysfunction—physical, emotional, or energetic. You’ll leave with personalized insights and tools to support your continued healing. This is your time, and your journey—I’m here to walk alongside you.

At Workshops + Retreats

These immersive experiences are designed to reconnect you with your body, your energy, and your truth. Expect movement, education, creation, and community. We dive deep into themes like the chakra system, cycle syncing, or nervous system support—all grounded in practical tools you can bring home. Come with curiosity, leave feeling empowered.

At Events

Our events blend movement, learning, and local connection. Each one is built around a theme—whether it's a workout, a wellness talk, or a hands-on experience—and features curated local vendors who share our values of health, empowerment, and intentional living. Expect to move your body, learn something new, and leave feeling more connected to yourself and your community. These events are where wellness meets small business, and collaboration is always the goal.

The Summit Collective is for those who are ready to rise — and for those who are brave enough to try.

This is my open invitation to be part of a new chapter of healing.
